Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Calm House Spa, we value your time and our therapists’ time. To ensure that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy our services, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.
1. Appointment Bookings
When you make an appointment through our website, phone, or in person, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Confirming an appointment means you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
- We require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to existing appointments.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may result in a 50% service charge to compensate our therapists’ reserved time.
- Failure to show up (“no-show”) without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
- If you booked via a partner platform, please refer to that platform’s terms for applicable fees and conditions.
3. Rescheduling Appointments
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 4 hours before your scheduled time.
Rescheduling within 4 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a late change and may incur a 50% fee based on the reserved service.
4. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect subsequent guests’ appointments.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your booking may be considered a no-show and subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Group or Multiple Bookings
For group reservations (2 or more guests), we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50–100% depending on notice time and group size.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the required notice period.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for booking, typically within 3–7 business days.
- Gift cards, promotions, or special offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
7. Spa Rights
Calm House Spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability, emergencies, or safety concerns. In such cases, clients will be notified immediately, and any payment will be refunded or rescheduled at your preference.
8. Special Circumstances
If you experience sudden illness or an emergency that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review each case individually and may offer a one-time exemption from the cancellation fee at our discretion.
